Spring Recreational Teams

DUTCH LACROSSE

Dutch lacrosse spring teams compete in the Indian Nations Lacrosse Conference each year. Our season begins in February where we will practice twice per week on campus at Holland Hall. Once the regular season begins we will play games locally in the Tulsa area and occasionally in Oklahoma City on Saturdays until May where we will play in their conference championship tournament.

Our Mission

Our Mission with our Dutch Lacrosse teams is to introduce the basics of our sport while using competition as live application of the instructional components we introduce weekly. Our goal at Dutch lacrosse is to create a competitive passion for playing the sport of lacrosse and continue to provide long term potential futures with the game.

Dutch lacrosse has partnered with Impulse Lacrosse and its staff of professional players and coaches to teach and educated our players and parents each season.

2nd + 3rd grade

Practices will be held on campus at Holland Hall from 3:30PM to 4:30PM on Monday and Wednesdays throughout the season.

February: 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th
March: 1st, 6th, 8th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th
April: 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th
May: 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th

Game Schedule will be uploaded to TeamSnap and communicated once received by the league.

All Players must be registered with US Lacrosse to play in the Indian Nations Lacrosse Conference.

6th + 7th grade

Practices will be held on campus at Holland Hall from 4:30PM to 5:30PM on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the season.
